We provide no warranties for AI-generated content. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Services and any outcomes.

2.1 Access License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue Services at any time.

2.2 Account Management

• Keep credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

• Harm our brand or systems
• Scrape or mine data without permission
• Upload malicious or prohibited content
• Exceed usage limits

6.1 Ownership & Control

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You must have the rights to all data you provide and confirm that it complies with applicable laws.

6.2 Data Sharing Disclaimer

Outputs may be similar to those of other users submitting similar prompts. We do not guarantee uniqueness of results.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior three months.

• EU Residents: You benefit from the protections of your local consumer laws.
